The Fervor Of Youth is a optional Side Story you can complete in Alabaster Dawn, available once you begin the Journey Up North story in Chapter One.
To begin this task, speak to Tunya, who can be found to the west of Lyhamn Center near the Reef Banks.
Tunya tells you that his son, Alezanda, has gone missing. Tunya tells you to search near Lumber Corner.
Head to Lumber Corner and speak to Penterson. He tells you Alezanda went off to fight some Nuemera.
Head west from Lumber corner, and you'll come to a glowing red area where you can fight Nuemera.
You'll then come across Alezanda. He runs off and you'll have to fight more Nuemera in his wake.
Next head to the Impact Site, where you'll come across Alezanda again and have to fight more Nuemera.
After the battle, return to Tunya and you'll be given Fisher's Gift and Grumpy Salmo x7.
