Now we begin a new story in Chapter One called Unyielding Solidarity.
Unyielding Solidarity

You awake in Lyhamn - Memory Garden, with your parents alive and well. The land appears to be restored and your parents tell you to go check out the main village at Lyhamn Center.
The map becomes available, allowing you to fast travel to locations you've already discovered and see landmarks that you need to get to. You'll want to constantly be checking the map to figure out where you need to go next!
Task - Head to Lyhamn Center to meet the other villagers.
The south of the world is pretty empty; just make your way west, following the beach path north. You'll come across an old man named Old Salmo; follow the path north and then finally go right at the crossroads.

When you arrive in Lyhamn Center, the other villagers will greet you. After a short cutscene, you'll meet Estera, who introduces you to Cooking.

Cooking allows you to craft Boosts from items you find whilst roaming the world. The boosts last for a short period of time, and come with a limited amount of charges.
When you consume a boost, you'll need to fight enemies to use another charge. Once all charges are used, you'll need to cook the food again.
Eventually, you'll be able to increase the effectiveness of foods (later on).
Task - Talk to Penterson at Lumber Corner and Orlanda at Old Kamu Village.
Estera gives you two tasks that get you on the move. If you open up your World Map, you can see that Lumber Corner is situated to the east and Old Kamu Village is way up north.

So first stop is Lumber Corner. You'll want to head North from Lyhamn Center towards Forked Road, and then make your way East towards Lumber corner.

As you make your way East from the Forked Road towards Lumber Corner, you'll have a battle with several Nuemera in front of the Shelter. Here you'll be rewarded with a Gem called Dim Halo.
Gems can be equipped to Weapons and Armor, to give boosted stats. The Dim Halo gives +10% Max Life and +5% Armor, so make sure you equip it!

You can pick up another Gem from a reward orb just before you enter Lumber Corner. To reach it, you need to climb onto the clifftop from the north and make your way south, before making one final leap across. You'll be given a Bent Edge that gives +15% Melee Attack, +20% Bullseye and +5% Affinity.

When you finally reach Penterson, he will give you a new task to clear our the Nyx in the Red Forest.

Task - Branching Out

The Red Forest is to the south of Lumber Corner. The bridge connecting to the Red Forest is broken, so to access it you need to defeat three flower mobs to lower a barrier; this will reveal some rock platforms allowing you to cross the river.

Keep heading south in the Red Forest and you'll come to a battle with several enemies. Once all have been defeated, you'll notice a Nyx Vein behind shiny rocks you cannot smash.
You'll be given a new weapon: Ortrom Solas. This weapon deals heavy strikes against high-defensive enemies, as well as smashing shiny rocks out of your way.
You can switch weapons mid-battle in a number of different ways; this will allow you to take out the different enemy types you come across.

Head back to Penterson; take the route north back towards the river and smash the rocks on the left of the river, allowing you to cross back to Lumber Corner.
Penterson gives you a Wooden Box for your hard work.

Now it's time to head to Old Kamu Village to speak to Orlanda.
The route you take is north of Lumber Corner, pass through the Fossil Road, across the bridge and up to Old Kamu Village.

Just before you enter Old Kamu VIllage, you'll come across a Waysprout; you can now cook at Waysprouts. You'll also be given an introduction to Palate Levels; using Boosts in battle will increase the amount of EXP towards your Palate Level and increasing your Palate Level increases the effectiveness of cooking foods.

When you arrive at Old Kamu Village, speak to Orlanda and she will give you a new task.

Task - Rice To The Occaision

For this task, you need to defeat four Nyx Veins to help replenish the Rice Fields. There are two Nyx Veins in each area.
The first two can be found to the west at the Eye Of Remis, just outside Old Kamu Village. Defeat the Nuemera to reveal the Nyx Vein and then use Weave to destroy them.

Before you leave this area, you can pick up Whisper of the Gods x3 from a rewards orb; just climb up onto the cliff to the north and then jump across the gap.

Head back to Old Kamu Village and head East until you come to a crossroads with rocks blocking your path north. Use your new heavy hammer to smash them and proceed north.
You'll reach the Silver Fields; destroy the two Nyx Veins here to complete your task.
Once defeated, a new task will appear; you can either do this now or later.
Task - A Sneak Peak
Keep heading north to reach the top of Silver Peak. This is a mini-puzzle that you'll need to solve to get the rewards.

The first step, use your weapon to hit the ball into the Floor Vein. It will catch it and release the barrier.

In the next area, hit the same ball forward once and then into the other Vein to release the next barrier.

In the next area, defeat the mobs and a ball will appear on the raised cliffs, alongside two veins. You need to hit the ball into both of them to release the barrier.
Hit the ball with your Ranged Weapon so that it lands on the cliffside near to the veins, then hit it again into the vein.
In the next area, you'll come across a Turtle mob that has a shell; use your Hammer to destroy it.

You'll then be able to claim a new weapon: Fain Solas. This Chakram is another Ranged Weapon that allows you to "catch" moveable balls and then launch them into another direction.

You get to try out your new weapon immediately; use the Chakram to catch the ball and then aim it into the vein to unlock the barrier to the north.

In the next area, there are three veins to hit with the ball. First hit the ball down towards the vein on the left of the barrier; then use the Chakram to catch the ball and then hit the vein.
This will lower a small barrier to the south, allowing you to jump across the cliff and access the reward orb for Whisper Of The Gods x4.

Next hit the ball into the area with the Vein surrounded by walls and use the Chakram to launch it.

The final vein is unlocked by hitting the ball northwards and then using the Chakram to aim it into the vein on the right.

Head through the barrier and then head to your left; you'll come to another barrier- this time hit the ball several times around the wall, then use the Chakram to guide it into the Vein.

This will remove the barrier to the south; now hit the same ball into the area where the Barrier came down and then launch the ball into the Vein using your Chakram.

This will allow you to access the reward orb and earn you a Fickle Quill gem: +20% Ranged Attack, +25% Gamble.
Now head back to the previous area, defeat the mobs to lower the barrier and continue north to the next map.
A Short cutscene will play out and complete the task. Now head back to Old Kamu Village and speak to Orlanda to complete her task.
Orlanda gives you another task:

Task - Blooming Villain
For this task, you'll need to head West past Eye Of Remis and then south to Patron's Grave.

You'll come to a blocked barrier; smash rocks to your right and it will lower the barrier.

If you head towards a statue monument on the left, you can take a path up onto the cliffside to the right and follow it around. Then you can make the jump to the Reward Orb and claim a Brittle Shell Gem: +10% Armor, +5% Max Life.
Save at the Waysprout, cross the bridge and prepare for battle!
Boss Fight - Custo Turri Magnus

This boss is a version of those armor-plants that shoot out projectiles you can reflect back. Like the previous boss, it has three phases.
In the first phase, you'll need to watch out for it's floor spikes attack that follow you, and also it's projectile.
The trick to stunning it is to run around constantly; if you stay in one place and reflect the projectile, a barrier wall will protect the boss. The wall is placed as soon as the projectile prepares to shoot, so moving slightly allows you to get around the wall and stun.
Once the second phase starts, you need to destroy the four posts around the boss to bring down it's wall barrier.
There is also a new move; before the Projectile shoots out, floor spikes will surround you, making it harder to move around the boss to reflect the projectile. It's still possible though, so continue doing it.
In the final phase, the floor spikes increase in quantity, and you'll also have to dodge shots from the air at the same time.
The spikes surrounding the boss just before it launches the projectile increase also, making it a lot tougher to reflect the projectile back- but it is possible to get right behind it before you get trapped between them.

After the fight, you'll be rewarded with your first Divine Art attack: Leaf Blades. These are special attacks that can be charged in battle.

Head back to Lyhamn Center using quick travel. Cabbage shows you that you can offer up items to the Wellspring; the Wooden Box you got from Penterson can be traded in for Whisper Of The Gods x5.
A short cutscene follows, where Lyhamn is rebuilt and you wake up back at Lyhamn - Memory Garden.

Make your way to Lyhamn Center; just before you're about to enter the twins say they have hidden gifts for you in the houses nearby. You can find Grumpy Salmo x5 and Koro Rice x9.
Inside Lyhamn Center, speak to Cassandra and watch several cutscenes revealing more about Juno's past.
However, it all gets interrupted soon enough!
Boss Fight - ???

Juno is challenge to a fight by a kind of Nuemera Knight.
In the first phase, the knight can rush you with it's lance; if you time your Block right, you can quickly stun him.
The knight will also perform a slash attack, but you can easily dodge it.
Use your Hammer to stun him fast; you can move behind him to get better damage when the shield isn't broken.
After you get him down to 70% HP, a new phase begins with a horizontal sword-slam attack that can be tricky to dodge so always keep moving around.
He'll now also shoot out a spinning orb that aims right for you, before performing a second attack right after it.
Keep using your Hammer to stun and also throw in a few Divine Art Leaf Blade attacks to chip away at it's HP.
In the final phase, the Knight will heal itself, before Felix disables it. Now all of the Knights attacks become increasingly more frequent.
After the fight, one of the Gods appears at the Wellspring and concludes this story!
