Lorcana Fabled is the 9th set to be released for Lorcana, with this set featuring a number of reprints from previous Lorcana Sets. This set also introduces some brand new rarities we've never seen before, including the new Iconic rarity which will be the rarest type of card in the Lorcana TCG.

We previously got lots of new information about Lorcana Fabled in May, and now all has finally been revealed with the lead up to the release date.
Lorcana Fabled Release Date
Lorcana Fabled will release worldwide on September 5th 2025 and is set number 9 in the series.
You can get the set early at your local card store on August 29th 2025, as Lorcana Sets are released 3 weeks before big retail to support smaller independent retailers and shops that help foster the Lorcana Community.
What's New In Lorcana Fabled?
Fabled is the first Lorcana set to feature reprints of previously released Lorcana cards. These reprints will look and work exactly the same as they did when first released, albeit some flavor text may be updated like set name and corrections.
The reprints will be legal to play in competitive tournaments from September 2025. This is likely one of the main reasons why this set contains so many reprints, as sets 1-4 cards are no longer playable in competitive.
There will of course be brand new cards released in Lorcana, including cards in two new rarities.

Iconic cards are going to be even more rare than Enchanted and there will only be 2 Iconic cards to be included per set.
Epic Rarity will be have a special foil treatment and appear more often than Enchanted cards. There will be a total of 18 Epic cards in the new Fabled set.
The set will also introduce cards from A Goofy Movie for the first time.
