Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4: Override introduces brand new map locations and POIs for you to drop in, with each named location offering something unique for players to discover. We've outlined all the locations in the current Chapter 7 Season, including what loot you can find!
Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4: Override began on August 20th 2026 and introduces several new named locations including a Sonic the Hedgehog themed area.

Locations and Points Of Interest
So what's new in the Chapter 7 Season 4 Fortnite Map? Here are some new points of interest that you'll want to check out.
Override Consoles
The new Fortnite Override Season introduces new Override Consoles that allow you to change the rules of each Fortnite game you drop into. You can find these locations within the map.
Each Override Console will initially be inactive, however, during a game they will start to activate (special icons will appear on the World Map to show you which ones are available).
Only one player can interact with the console, so it's a race to see who get's there first!
Note: The Override effect is for every player in the game, not just the player who activates it.
Sonic Speed - Increase your sprint speed over time
More XP - Gain more XP from eliminations, looting and surviving the Storm
Loot Hack - You'll get a loot hack item from the next Chest you open
Extra Life - Respawn when on the brink of elimination one time
Big Fish - Makes all Fishing Holes golden
Constant Heal - Gain constant health and shield regen over time when not in combat
Infinite Stamina - Gain infinite stamina
Headshot - Deal increased headshot damage
Overshield - Gain extra, or a new Overshield
Speed Shooter - Your weapons fire and reload faster
Big Loot - Higher chance to get Epic or Legendary loot from Chests
Power Pickaxe - Pickaxe hits deal massive damage
Chapter 7 Season 4 Fortnite Bosses
There are two new bosses found wondering Fortnite in Override. You can find them at the following locations:
Dr. Eggman - Green Hill Zone
Dr. Eggman can be found wondering Green Hill Zone in his spaceship.
He drops the Mythic 8-Bit Shotgun and also several loot items from Treasure Chests.
Hush - The Battlewoods or Reality's Reign
Hush has two spawn locations at both The Battlewoods and Reality's Reign. Hush can spawn twice, and the easiest location is probably The Battlewoods, however both locations are hot drop-spots so expect company!
Hush drops the Mythic Assault Rifle.
1-UP Token
Each boss also has a chance to drop the new 1-UP Token.
When consumed, this token will give you an extra life! When you die after consuming the 1-Up Token, you'll respawn you from a Rift, with all your weapons included (but you won't have any shield!).
Green Hill Zone
This Sonic the Hedgehog themed area comes with new Sonic Rings you can collect
Stone Sanctum
If you like hidden ruins and tight corridors, the Stone Sanctum is a great place to drop. Filled with Treasure Chests hidden behind secret platfroms and walls, this area in very confusing for new players but excellent for veterans who know the layout.
Reality's Reign
Another new location is the Reality's Reign.
