Airoheart - How To get Lightheart Sword - Walkthrough - Part 11

October 27, 2022

In order to face the final boss you need to obtain the Lightheart Sword and in this guide we walk you through all the mini-dungeons you need to complete to craft it.

The Lightheart Sword was shattered into several pieces and you need to find them all. You can do this by gathering all of the Special Beads in Airoheart and then heading to Fengrileye Forest to teleport to their corresponding dungeons.

Each Bead has it's own dungeon, and inside each dungeon is a mini-puzzle and a piece of the Lightheart Sword. You can complete them in any order.

To get to a dungeon, you must first have the corresponding bead color and then step onto it's teleporter in the Fengrileye Forest.

Red Bead Dungeon

Red Bead Dungeon

The first dungeon we will complete is the Red Bead Dungeon. Use the Red Teleporter inside Fengrileye Forest to access it once you have acquired the Red Bead.

Inside, if you head south, you'll come to a long main room that is full of Spider mobs and several blocks that shoot out fire.

Red Bead Dungeon

Head to the bottom right room. You'll come to a room with a blue teleporter in the center surrounded by Skeleton mobs. Head to the room on your right and you'll stand on a switch. Go back to the main long room.

Red Bead Dungeon

Now head to the room at the top right. Here you'll come to three teleporters. You want to jump on the top-right one.

Red Bead

Red Bead

From this next room, head forward until you come to a room with three red blobs. You need to get all three red blobs to fall into a hole in order to unlock a door on the right.

Red Bead

In this next room you'll find a pot at the top of the room containing a Key!

Now go back to the room with the Teleporter and it will transport you back to the room with the three teleporters. Head out into the long main room (with the spider mobs and fire blocks).

Red Bead

Now take the bottom left room. You'll find two purple plants; dodge them and enter the room at the top.

Red Bead

You'll come to a cave called B1. Head to the top-left door.

Red Bead

Here you'll come to a small maze with blocks you can move. Move them around so you can enter the door on the left.

Red Bead

In this room you'll find two pots; one at the top contains another Key! Defeat the skeletons and return to the long main room.

Red Bead

Head to the bottom of the long main room and use your two new keys to unlock both sets of doors.

Red BEad

Here you'll find the golden Treasure Chest containing the first part of your Lightheart Sword!

Orange Bead Room

Orange Bead

The next dungeon to tackle is the Orange Bead Dungeon. When you first use the teleporter you'll come to a room with four exits. Head to the north room first.

Orange Bead

Plant a bomb in the top-left corner to reveal a cave.

B3

Inside the cave, take the exit on the right. You'll come to a cave called B3.

Head south until you come to a part of the cave where there are explosive holes on your left side. If you follow the explosive holes, you can pick up an Undedicated Rune from a Treasure Chest.

Instead, plant a bomb on the wall opposite the top exit to reveal another secret part of the cave.

Bead

Here you'll see a circle of explosive holes. Use the pot to detonate them and then dodge-roll through as the bombs will respawn.

Bead

When you get to the other side, plant another bomb to create another exit.

Bead

Here you'll come to more explosive holes; you'll also notice there are arrow holes on the walls that you need to use your Crossbow to shoot at. There are four in total.

Once done, head to the door at the top.

Bead

In this room you'll find a Treasure Chest with a key inside.

Bead

Plant a bomb on the right side of the cave to make a new exit. Follow through the wall and then take the north door.

Bea

Here you'll come to a Heart Melon surrounded by explosive holes. Once you collect the melon, head north.

Bead

You'll come to a conveyor belt that has sections with explosive holes in. You will need to fire arrows into all four holes to unlock the door at the end of the belt.

Bead

Cross over the wooden bridge and then in the top-left corner, use a bomb to create another hole.

Bead

In the next room you'll find a Treasure Chest with the second key.

Head back to the beginning of the dungeon and take the bottom room. Unlock the doors and you'll eventually come to...

Boss Fight - Lord Nod

Bead

Remember Lord Nod from before? Well he is back in a new Spider Mechanic.

He will shoot a single laser at you in the beginning; your job is to dodge it whilst picking up the Powder Kegs from around the room and launching them at Lord Nod.

When you do enough damage, he'll introduce a new attack which rains down from the sky- so keep moving around to dodge it.

When he's near death, he'll also start shooting out three lasers instead of one!

Bead

Once defeated, head through the north door to find another piece of the Lightheart Sword!

Blue Bead Dungeon

Blue Bead

In the Blue Bead Dungeon, you begin at a crossroads with four rooms surrounding you. Like previous dungeons, there are two keys to collect here.

Blue Bead

Start by heading to the room on your left. You'll come to a room with a teleporter in the middle and a grate at the bottom left corner. Use your Rune Of Flight to pass through it.

Blue Bead

You'll come to a room with several skeleton mobs. Kill them and then hit the statue at the top right corner. Take the door on your right.

You'll come to a corridor; the barriers in the middle should be down now (if not, go back and hit the statue). Head through the door past the barriers.

Blue Bead

You'll come to a room with a Music Tile at the center of the room. If you stand on it, it will play a tune.

This tune is being played on the bells at the top of the room. You must repeat the tune's sequence by hitting the right bell with your sword.

The sequence is A, B, D, C, B.

Blue Bead

Once you get it right, it will open the door. Head through and at the top of the room you'll find a pot containing a Key. Use the grate that you can pass through using your Rune Of Flight.

B2

You'll come to a room called B2; there is a pot at the top of the room that has a switch underneath it which will open the door on your left.

Blue Bead

You'll now come to some narrow platforms with a ball and chain and skeleton mobs on. Make your way carefully through them.

Blue Bead

You'll then come to a room with two blue blobs. Get them to fall in the holes by having them follow you. This will unlock the door on the right.

Blue Bead

You'll then come to more narrow pathways; this time the paths have explosive holes on them. You'll want to destroy them with bombs to help make your life easier. You need to hit the Time Tile at the top of the map and then race down to the bottom and get past the barrier before they close.

Blue Bead

In front of you will be a teleporter and a locked room up ahead (this is where the piece of the Lightheart Sword is). You now need to use the teleporter to take you back to the beginning of the dungeon.

Blue Bead

Now you want to take the room on your right. The exact same process happens again; you'll arrive at another Music Tile that you'll need to enter the sequence in, which will then grant you access to the second Key in a pot.

Blue Bead

The only difference to the two sides is that you'll be coming out to a different exit where you need to dash-dodge across gaps in a platform.

Blue Bead

Once you get both keys, you can head through the locked door at the top of the teleporter to get your next piece of Lightheart!

Clover

You can also pick up the Four-Leaf Clover by passing through the grate using your Rune Of Flight that appears just before the golden Treasure Chest.

Green Bead Dungeon

Green Bead

You start off the Green Bead Dungeon in a giant square room. There are mobs all over this dungeon so keep your wits about you.

Green bead

This dungeon is pretty easy. You'll want to go to the room on your right first. Here you can find Time Tiles at the top-left and bottom-right. Head back to the main room.

Now go to the room on the left. In this room you'll find another two time tiles; one is in the bottom-left of the room and the other is at the top-right of the room. Hit both of them.

Green Bead

Once both of them have been activated, head to the middle-bottom of the map where you can find a circle of strange tile glyphs. In the center is a tile showing you the combination of tiles you need to step on.

You can also just use trial and error to figure it out; there are four tiles you need to step on.

Green bead

Once you step on them in the correct order, head north and you'll find a Treasure Chest containing a key.

Now go back to the room on the right.

Green Bead

At the middle of the room you'll find a Music Tile. Once you step on it, hit the bells in the right sequence: B,B,A,D,C

Green Bead

Doing it correct will cause a Treasure Chest below you to spawn containing the second key.

Bead

Now head back to the main room. Head to the top and unlock both doors with your new keys.

Bead

In the next room you'll come across more blob monsters. Get all four into their holes and the door at the top of the room will open.

Green Bead

Head through to find another piece of the Lightheart Sword!

Purple Bead Dungeon

Purple Bead

Purple Bead

The Purple Bead Dungeon can be accessed from Telekremorr tower. Apparently, this was the first dungeon you came to at the beginning of playing Airoheart!

Purple Bead

Head to your right and you'll come to a room full of one-eyed mobs. Defeat them all to unlock the door on your right.

Purple

You'll come to another room where two slimes will spawn. Defeat them and head to the door at the top of the room.

Purple Bead

In the next room you'll come to some floor spikes. Dodge-roll past them. Make your way around the room until you come to the door on your left.

Dungeon

You'll come to a room with teleporter in the middle. Head up the stairs and through the door.

Dungeon

In the next room make your way north.

Purple Bead

You'll come to a room with more glyph tiles. You need to step on them in the following order, which will allow you access to the pot in the middle of the map that contains a key!

Dungeon

Now take the door at the top-left. In the next room you'll find a switch behind a pot in the bottom-right corner.

Purple Bead

You'll arrive back at the beginning of the dungeon. Now go right again but instead of taking the north exit, take the south.

Dungeon

Fall down the hole and you'll come to a room with flying books. If you head to the middle you'll come across another Glyph sequence. Put the right order in and the door just above in the middle of the room will open.

Purple Bead

In this room you can pick up a pot containing the second key. Use the teleporter to return to the beginning of the dungeon.

Purple

Head to the room on the left of the dungeon. At the bottom is a block you can move to open the south door. Head through it.

Purple

In the bottom left corner is a pot with a switch underneath it. Hit it and then go through the south door.

Purple

Purple Bead

Follow the path around; be careful of trap tiles that shoot arrows at you. You'll eventually come to the door that you can unlock with your two keys.

Blobs

You'll eventually come to a room with five colored blobs. You'll need to get the right colored blobs into the right holes.

Purple

From there, head down the path and you'll come across another piece of the Lightheart Sword!

Purchasing the Lightheart Sword

Lightheart Sword

Once you have all the pieces (all 5!) you can head to Llanfair and purchase the Lightheart Sword from Grollag! You'll also need the Bottle Of Light, which you should have already if you've been following our walkthrough. If not, read the The Sunken Keep guide.

Now that you have the sword, you can go to Telekremorr tower to prepare for the final dungeon!

That wraps up part 11 of the Airoheart Walkthrough! Let us know if we missed anything in the comments below!
