A Glimpse Of Talent is a sidequest in Star Ocean: The Divine Force you can pick up at the Royal Capital Acendros City.
You must first complete the quest Chapter One In Becoming A Novelist first before this one is available.
Head to the Royal Capital Acendros City and speak to Magnificent Writer who is located near the Fountain.
He will ask you to deliver his new manuscript to the Aspiring Writer in the Village Of Eda to look over.
Once you give the Aspiring Writer the manuscript, head back to Magnificent Writer to turn in the quest.
