The Corporal's Farewell is a sidequest in Star Ocean: The Divine Force that you can pick up in Baldaar.
This quest becomes available once you have rescued Laeticia from her impending marriage.
Speak to Soldier Who Survived and he will want you to deliver a letter to his wife in Larcette Village.
You can find Lonely Woman behind the Inn in Larcette Village. She will in turn hand you Letter From Sartus Wife.
You'll need to now head back to Baldaar and delivery this letter back to the Solder Who Survived and claim your rewards.
