Windwalker is a Master Class in IdleOn that allows you to get into Tempest Form, collect Dust for upgrades and earn powerful bonuses such as Exalted Stamps. This Skill Build Guide will go through each of the jobs in the Windwalker branch, including Archer, Hunter and Beast Tamer.

Windwalker was first released in patch 2.35 and becomes the third Master Class added to IdleOn.
IdleOn Archer Beginner Skills
Below you can find all the beginner skills you learn in Tab 1 of your IdleOn Talent tree.
As soon as you make the job advancement to Archer, you'll get additional skills added to your 1st Talent tab.
Because you end up getting unlimited Talent Points through IdleOn and not just from leveling up, you can max many of the talents here. In order of importance, we recommend:
- Sharpened Axe
- Quickness Boots
- Gilded Sword
- Idle Shooting
- Featherweight
- I See You
The first 3 talents in this list (Sharpened Axe, Quickness Boots and Gilded Sword) all boost your damage in the first job.
Idle Shooting increases your AFK gains, which will allow you to progress faster when not actively playing the class.
Featherweight is important too- it increases the movement speed of your character, allowing them to get around maps faster and wipeout mobs. Essentially, this increases your gains.
Finally finish off with I See You for Critical Chance rate.
If you have spare Talent Points left over, you can boost Bucklered Up for increased defence %, Lucky Clover for increased drop rate and Fist Of Rage if you need Accuracy.

Archer Skill Build
To become an Archer, you need to reach Level 10 and speak to Promotheus at Blunder Hills / Valley Of The Beans.
Upon job advancing, you'll gain a new tab in your Talents section. Here's how we recommended building this character:
- Piercing Arrow (+10 points)
- Have Another! (+10 points)
- High Polymer Limbs (MAX)
- Kung Fu Kick (+10 points)
- Strafe (+10 Points)
- Sanic Speed (MAX)
- Have Another! (MAX)
- Piercing Arrow (MAX)
- Strafe (MAX)
- Robbinghood (MAX)
- Veins Of The Infernal (MAX)
- Garb of Un'Agi'ng Quality (MAX)
- Hema Overdrive (MAX)
- Kung Fu Kick (MAX)
Piercing Arrow should be the first skill you add points into. You should boost the effectiveness of this skill by using the Upgrade Vault early on as it will make wiping out mobs a lot easier.
Next add some points into Have Another! to increase your chance of hitting a mob twice.
High Polymer Limbs should be your first talent you max out as it increases your Weapon Power effect damage.
After that, you can add some points into your other active skills and slowly start to max others. If you have sources of movement speed from other areas of IdleOn, you can skip out on Stafe and instead focus more on the damage-dealing talents like Sanic Speed and Have Another!
Robbinghood will boost your Monster Drop Rate, but not by very much compared to other sources of Item Drop Rate in the game.

Hunter Skill Build
To become a Hunter, you need to complete Speccius quests at Yum-Yum Desert / Dessert Dunes.
As an Archer, you'll have the choice of choosing between Hunter and Bowman.
For Hunter, you'll want to focus on the following talents:
- 360 NoScope (+10)
- Have Another... Again! (+10)
- Bear Trap (+10)
- UWU Rawrrr (+10)
- 360 NoScope (MAX)
- Have Another... Again! (MAX)
- Bear Trap (MAX)
- UWU Rawrrr (MAX)
- Looty Mc Shooty (MAX)
- AGI Again (MAX)
- Straightshot Statues (MAX)
- Stop Right There (MAX)
- Shoeful Of Obol (MAX)
- Visibility Vessels (MAX)
Your new main attacking skills are 360 NoScope, Bear Trap and an increase to Have Another ... Again!, which will allow you to hit enemies up to 3 times with basic arrow attacks.
UWU Rawrrr can help increase mob-respawn rate, which obviously will increase any gains you get. But if you're low on damage by the time you job advance to Hunter, it's best to focus on damage-increasing skills.
Looty Mc Shooty can be a great damage-boost early on, but it depends on how far you have advanced in the game. It's damage is based on how many items you have ever found, so if you're new to IdleOn you won't see much of a boost.
Statues and Obols both give minimal gains, so you're better off focusing on other talents until they have been maxed out.
Talent | Description | Type |

Then you get some damage boosting skills with Adaptation Revelation and Animalistic Ferocity. Animalistic Ferocity won't be as useful if you've not progressed enough in Pet Breeding yet.
Stacked Skulls will help you open Portals faster, but this is more of a luxury talent than a needed one. The Family Guy will boost your Family Bonus for this character.

Windwalker Master Class Skill Build
The Windwalker is a Master Class that allows you transform into Tempest Form, where you start back at the beginning of IdleOn in Blunder Hills with a set of brand new skills, no damage and no HP!
You upgrade your Tempest Form stats by using the Compass talent.
You can come out of Tempest Form whenever you like and return back to your normal state.
Dust is the new currency that Windwalker's use to upgrade their Compass talents. You'll earn it passively from mobs you fight. There are several types of Dust you'll find from different mobs within IdleOn.
You won't earn any Dust AFK rewards until you collect 1,000 Aether Fragment, which drop from all mobs. Once you have collected 1,000 Aether Fragments, you'll then earn an Aethermoon for every 2 hours of AFK.
Aethermoons will give you Dust when used!
Windwalker Master Quest
To become a Windwalker, you first need to head to Spirited Valley / Troll Playground and speak to Masterius. He will tell you to follow your Inner Voice.
You will then need to make your way back to Spirited Valley town, without teleporting. Then you'll be tasked with finding the Reindeer pet. It can be anywhere in the IdleOn world, but you'll get hints the closer you get to it.
"I Feel The Presence In This World ..." means the Reindeer is in one of the maps in this world.
"The reindeer is very close by..." means the Reindeer is in one of the maps +3 either side of you.
When you find it, it will need to kill it. Return back to Masterius to advance to your Master class!
Windwalker Talents
As mentioned, the Windwalker Master Class is quite different to your other classes. You do get a new tab of talents to increase like normal, but the Compass skill opens up brand new boosts that apply to Tempest Form.
You'll want to make sure you can max out your damage dealing and +% dust talents early on so that when you begin working on your Tempest Form Windwalker, you have lots of passive damage and dust boosts.
In order of priority, these skills should be boosted as quick as possible. Since you won't be able to max all of them early on if you're low level, you should distribute them as evenly as possible in this order:
- Tempest Form (MAX)
- Spirit Ballista (MAX)
- Compass (MAX)
- Eternal Hunt (MAX)
- Elemental Mayhem (MAX)
- Some Commandments (MAX)
- Pumpin' Power (MAX)
- Windborne (MAX)
- Unreal Agiliy (MAX)
- Slayer Abominator (MAX)
- Shiny Medallions (MAX)
Tempest Form and Compass are required to get your Tempest Windwalker going. When you click Tempest Form, you'll spawn back at Blunder Hills where everything has reset. Your damage is based on your Compass skills (and any Talents that give +Tempest Damage stats).
Spirit Ballista and Eternal Hunt are new attacking skills you'll want to get points into as they have great map control and increase spawn rate. Likewise, Some Commandments will also boost your Beast Master skills.
Slayer Abominator and Shiny Medallions only become useful once you reach the end-game maps for their boost in Class EXP.
