Sandstone Colosseum is the World 2 Colosseum and rewards you with Treasure Chests containing various items for defeating waves of monsters. Like the World 1 Colosseum, you can get a ticket each day for completing the prequest and stack them up.
You can find the Sandstone Colosseum in the map The Mimic Hole of World 2 -Yum-Yum Desert.
It costs 2 Tickets to enter the Sandstone Colosseum. Colosseum Tickets work across all Colosseums so ones you earn from World 1 will also work in World 2.
You can get 1 Ticket per day by speaking to the NPC Centurion, who is found just outside the Sandstone Colosseum at The Mimic Hole.
He will store up to a max of 3 tickets, so you can collect them every 3 days.
If you complete the World 2 Achievement Super Cereal you can collect your tickets from the Easy Access Menu from the Codex tab.
World 2 Colosseum Pre-quest
In order to get tickets from NPC Centurion, you must complete his quests first.
Speak to NPC Centurion and accept the quest Down The Mimic Hole!
You'll need to defeat 21 Mimics within the time limit.
Once completed, you can then get you 1 Ticket per day.

You have 5 minutes to complete all waves for Dewdrop Colosseum. There are a total of 15 waves to defeat.

The amount of Treasure Chests you get is based on your score. Once you reach that score limit, the chest will spawn.
