The Hat Rack is an area in World 3 that allows you to deposit your Premium Hat items for permanent account-wide bonuses.
Previously, Premium Hats could only be equipped to get the bonus stats but now The Hat Rack now allows you to get the bonus stats applied to all characters on your account.
All you need to do is head to Harold in World 3 (Frostbite Tundra) with the Premium Hat items in your Inventory. You can then deposit them to apply the bonus stats to all characters on your account.
A Premium Hat is similar to a regular hat, only that it get's equipped in the Premium Hat slot on your IdleOn character. Premium Hats all come with a unique bonus, though they're often much smaller than bonuses from Nametags and Trophies.
The Hat Rack also offers a Hat Rack Bonus Multi, which increases the bonuses of all the Premium Hats in your Hat Rack. You get +1% Hat Rack Bonus Multi per Premium Hat you deposit.

Whilst many of the Premium Hats below were included in one-off events, many of them do return through upcoming events or Gem Shop Rotations- so don't despair!
Note: The Sneaking Premium Hats must be first acquired in Sneaking before they can drop from the World 6 mobs.
