Voidwalker Overview

- Class Name: Voidwalker
- Job Advancement: Beginner / Journeyman / Maestro / Voidwalker
- Family Bonus: +% Fighting Afk Gains
- Support Talents: Skilling
- Release Date: May 20th, 2023
Voidwalker is a unique Elite Class that works very differently from all other IdleOn classes, in the sense you don't upgrade Talents by leveling up- instead you take part in the Void Trial Rerun.
The Void Trial Rerun teleports you to the beginning of World 1, where all maps are relocked behind monster kill counts. Your job is to unlock as many maps throughout all Worlds using your Voidwalker. Each map that you unlock grants you +30 Talent Points.
The Void Trial Rerun has a countdown so it's a race against time to see how many maps you can unlock.
You get Talent Points based on the highest total map unlocks; so unlocking 30 maps grants you 900 Talent Points. But if your next run gets you only 29 maps, you won't get any new Talent Points.
As long as you have originally unlocked the World, you can start from any World in IdleOn.

Voidwalker Speed Running

To start speed running your Voidwalker, you need to use the talent Void Trial Rerun.
![]()
But before you begin a Void Trial Rerun, first make sure you've got points in the Maestro Talent One Step Ahead. This will give your Voidwalker some Talent Points to start out.
When starting your first Void Trial Rerun, you'll want to spread your Talent Points evenly across these skills:
- Void Trial Rerun
- Void Radius
- Bossing Vain
- Quad Jab
Void Trial Rerun will increase the amount of time you can take during your speed run.
Void Radius gives you a full-map clear attack and a temporary buff that increases Multikill.
Bossing Vain turns Bosses into Portals and also it increases the Respawn Rate of mobs for each boss you kill. Note that killing a boss on Nightmare Difficulty will open 3 Portals for you.
Quad Jab upgrades your existing Two Punch Man skill to hit a fourth time.
Note: You can raise the Max Level of talents using the World 3 Talent Book Library.
Voidwalker Cards and Equipment Setup
The most important stat you'll want is Multikill. This will increase the amount of kills you get when doing a run, allowing you to open portals faster.
With that in mind, these setups should help:
| Card | 5 Star Card Stat |
|---|---|
![]() Spirited Valley Set Effect |
30% Multikill Per Tier |
Clammie Card |
10% Multikill per tier |
Suggma Card |
12% Multikill per tier |
Woodlin Spirit Card |
21% Multikill per tier |
Sovereign Emperor Card |
120% Multikill per tier |
If you have them, you should also equip the Laboratory Chips: Omega Motherboard and Omega Nanochip. These will double the bonus of cards in the Bottom Right and Top Left respectively.
For equipment, the best Multikill gear is The Emperor set.

Void Trial Run Guide
With your equipment setup, it's now time to do a speed run using the Void Trial Run talent.
Remember the following:
- You can teleport to any world home map. So you can start at World 6 if you have the damage.
- Defeating Nightmare Bosses counts as 3 portal unlocks
- Make sure you have a decent amount of free map Teleports (100+)
To get the most Portals unlocked, you need to pay attention to when your Void Radius skill is up. It's AOE attack is nice, but the most important part is the temporary multikill buff it gives you.
At level 620, it gives a massive +3500% Multikill bonus for 20 seconds.
When Void Radius buff is active, this is when you want to teleport to the harder portals (the ones with the most mobs to clear). When it's down, work on the lower World maps in World 1, 2 and 3.
Don't be tempted to walk to each map as you'll waste valuable seconds. Have the World Map handy so as soon as you see the Portal Unlocked notification, immediately go to the next spot.
If your Void Trial Rerun talent is low level and you have a short amount of time, try to prioritise the maps that have more than one connecting portal.
- World 1: Valley Of The Beans
- World 1: Jungle Perimeter
- World 1: The Base Of The Bark
- World 2: The Mimic Hole
- World 3: The Stache Split
- World 5: The Killer Roundabout
- World 5: Miner Mole Outskirts
Make sure you also teleport to the home map of each world as they also give +1 portal just by teleporting to them.
Voidwalker Enhanced Skills
![]()
Enhancement Eclipse Talent will also enhance several Talents from other IdleOn Classes.

Voidwalker / Maestro Crystal Skill Leveling
One of the interesting mechanics behind Voidwalker (and Maestro) is the three Maestro Talents below:
| Talent | Description |
|---|---|
Crystal Countdown |
Killing a Crystal or Giant lowers REQ Exp of a random skill by %. Stacks up to %. |
Left Hand Of Learning |
+% Skill EXP Gain for your other characters, if their Skill LV is lower than Maestro's. |
Right Hand Of Action |
+% Skill Efficiency for your other characters, if their Skill LV is lower than Maestro's. |
Now these skills are pretty outdated because Skill EXP Gain and Skill Efficiency are no longer super-rare to get hold of, especially with the release of World 7.
That being said, you can still get some nice bonuses and increase the level of your Voidwalker skills very quickly.
![]()
![]()
These two talents give Skill EXP and Skill Efficiency to all your other IdleOn characters, as long as your Voidwalker's skill level is higher. Chances are, your Voidwalker doesn't have higher skill levels than the main class you actually play, so they don't benefit from these skills.
![]()
Well, that's where Crystal Countdown comes in. Whenever you kill a Crystal mob, it lowers the EXP required for a random skill by 2% and stacks up around 70-90% depending on the Talent level.
This means, you can get your Voidwalker's Skill Levels up quicker by farming Crystal Mobs. Checkout our Statue Farming Guide for information on how to get Crystal Mobs to spawn quickly.
