Talent Book Library - IdleOn

June 5, 2025

The Talent Book Library is a building in World 3 that allows you to increase the max talent levels of all your skills.

The Talent Book Library can be built at the Construction Table and is the second tower you can unlock.

Upgrading the level of the Library allows for faster checkout speed.

To build the Talent Book Library you will need Redox Salts and Froge critters from Trapping.

Upon building it, you can then checkout a Talent Book for most talent skills for all your IdleOn characters.

You can select between the base classes of Mage, Warrior and Archer, and then select any subclasses that you can advanced to between all your IdleOn characters on your account.

The Talent Book generated will have a random level assigned to it based on your Max Talent Book Library level

If your talent is a lower level than the book, you can then consume the talent book in your Inventory to increase the talent's max level. Once increased, you can then assign talent points like normal.

Many skills in IdleOn will get significantly better once you increase their default max level, such as hitting extra mobs, lower cooldowns and other mechanics.

Your checkout speed is defaulted to 1 every 24 hours, but this can be increased using various upgrades in IdleOn, including upgrading the Talent Library Tower at the Construction Table.

You can increase the max level of books through various methods in IdleOn (see below).

If you unlock the Automation Station from the Construction Table, you can also turn on the Book Reservation System, which will consume 20 Book Checkouts and give you a max level talent book instead.

You can also consume 5 Checkouts at the VIP Bookshelf, which is found inside the Talent Book Library building. This allows you to obtain new Star Talent Books.

You can purchase the Burning Bad Books from the Gem Shop which will raise the minimum level of Talent Books you can get by +5 for each purchase.

VIP Bookshelf

Once you have obtained 5 Checkouts in your Talent Book Library, you can consume them to obtain a special Star Talent Book. Each of these books will also have a random max level based on your Talent Book Library Max Level.
