The Gold Rush Event allows you to find Edible Coins and play a new mini-game to earn new rewards, including brand new Nametags and Premium Hats.
The Gold Rush Event lasts until March 27th 2026.
Gold Rush Edible Coins
Every day you can defeat any monster in Idleon and it has a chance of dropping a special Edible Coin item. You can collect up to 50 a day, and if you manage to collect all 50, you'll get one free play on the Event Mini Game: Pots O' Gold (see below).
Open 500 Edible Coins and you'll be given a Emerald Nametag.
The Edible Coins can also be opened for special rewards. Clicking on them will drop the following items:

Gold Rush: Pots O' Gold Mini Game
The Goldrush Event Mini Game: Pots O' Gold can be found in World 1. You get 1 free play per day once you have had 50 Edible Coins drop.
You also get a free play based on how long you keep IdleOn open. The timer starts at 10 minutes and increases each time you get a free play.
If you open the Settings Menu, you can see how many Edible Coins that have currently dropped.
Pots O' Gold works by clicking the start button; gold coins will then fall similar to the Arcade Game into the buckets below. The first bucket that gets 4 coins added to it becomes your prize for the game.

The brand new Pot Of Gold available for $12.99 that gives you +3,200 Gems, +1,500 Pet Crystals, 10 Event Plays, Potluck Pet (+2.5x Coins from mobs) and an account-wide bonus of +10 Max Level for Upgrade Vault.
Goldrush Event Shop
You can also spend your Event Points that you earn from the mini-game on account-wide bonuses in the Event Shop.
Click on the Luckulyte NPC in World 1 Blunder Hills.
The Event Points carry over to the next event, so if you have any left over from the previous event, you can spend them here.
The account-wide bonuses are permanent, even after the event ends.

Goldrush Daily Dig
Every day there is a new Treasure Hunt that requires you to type the word "dig" on a specific part of a random map in IdleOn. The prize each day is the same for all players and so is the spot.
The prize changes each day, so if you miss any days you won't be able to claim previous days.
You must be on Server Pizza Channel 1 in order to play. When you find the spot, use the chat bar to type the word "dig" and you'll be given the prize.
We'll try and keep this part of the event guide up-to-date with the latest spot throughout the event; but if we're late, use the comments section below to let players know where the spot is and the reward!
