In World 7, you can find the Multi Meritocracy NPC, which allows you to vote on three options that grant a week of account-wide bonuses. Similar to the Bonus Ballot, the option with the most votes at the end of the week becomes the bonus for every player in IdleOn that has unlocked Multi Meritocracy.
The bonus changes every week on Thursday.
How To Unlock Multi Meritocracy
In order to unlock Multi Meritocracy, you need to head to World 7 map Pinpoint Summit. Then you need to reach the top of the map, by climbing up the rocky steps and stand next to the Coral.
Then you'll need to get a Demonflesh item, which is a common monster drop from Demonblub (which spawn in the same map Pinpoint Summit).
Return back to the Multi Meritocracy NPC in World 7 hub Shimmerfin Grove and you'll then be able to start voting and receiving the weekly bonus.
Multi Meritocracy Bonuses
The following weekly bonuses are available, but only 3 are selected each week for players to vote on. Only the top-voted bonus is applied to all players and lasts until next week's vote.

You can increase the base bonus of each Multi Meritocracy Bonus by increasing your Multi Bonus.
