The Beanstalk is an area in World 6 Spirited Valley where you can drop Golden Food items for account-wide bonuses. Golden Food items are usually equipped in your Food Slot equipment, but with the Beanstalk, you can now make those bonuses permanent to all characters.
The Beanstalk is initially unlocked by purchasing the Gold Food Beanstalk upgrade from the Jade Emporium.
The first upgrade bonus is for dropping 10,000 of a single Golden Food at The Beanstalk. If you then unlock the Supersized Gold Beanstacking upgrade from the Jade Emporium, this allows you to then drop 100,000 of a single Golden Food.
Once dropped, the bonus is then added to all characters on your account.

Golden Food Bonuses
Golden Food Bonuses can be increased from a number of other sources in IdleOn. These bonuses are also applied to your Golden Foods in The Beanstalk; you can see your total bonus amount in The Beanstalk.
