Item Drop Rate is one of the most powerful stats you can get in IdleOn, as it allows you to speed up progression massively. This guide outlines all the known sources for Item Drop Rate, including the Item Drop Rate Multi bonuses.

When you first start out in IdleOn, your Item Drop Rate will be extremely low, but by the time you start reaching end-game, you can get tens of thousands of Item Drop Rate.

There are two types of Item Drop Rate stats in IdleOn. The first is a flat additive percentage bonus, usually denoted by +% Item Drop Rate. The second is Item Drop Rate Multi, which multiplies your drop rate, usually denoted by +1.00x Item Drop Rate Multi.

For example, if you drop rate was +20%, and you gained another +80%, that would give you +100% Item Drop Rate. If you then got an Item Drop Rate Multi of 1.5x, you'd have 150% Item Drop Rate.

Item Drop Rate affects the rate at which items drop from IdleOn Monsters (DUH!) but it has secondary affects such as increasing your AFK Gains, 3D Printing samples and more. The Drop Rate for World 7 monsters is super low, so you're going to want to start stacking up as much Item Drop Rate as you can.

Note: Whilst this lists where to get Item Drop Rate bonuses, don't forget that many of the areas that provide the Item Drop Rate bonuses have their own unique boosts, allowing for even more Item Drop Rate boosts.
