You must first complete the quest Rout The Rest before you can start this quest.
Speak to Meticulous Patrolman in the Museum Of Vergnisian Symbology to accept the quest.
He wants you to defeat 3 Trapped Terror monsters. All three can be found in the Provenience Caves.
Once all 3 have been defeated, head back to Meticulous Patrolman to claim your reward.
