	Precision Punch	Hit the target in their weak spot, with a {sideEffectChance}% chance to increase Critical Hit Chance by 1 stage.	Level 27
	Splash	Splash the target, dealing damage equal to the target's level.	Level 34
	Acid Rain	Acid rains from the sky lowering the opposing team's Defense by 2 stages.	Level 40
	Flying Kick	Attack the target with a powerful flying kick, and increases the user's Critical Hit Chance by 1 stage.	Level 45
	Crushing Waterfall	The user charges up, and unleashes a crushing flood of water upon the target. Lowers the target's Sp. Defense by 1 stage.	Level 54
