Mihile is the sixth Cygnus Knight class released after the original five in 2012 in GMS MapleStory. This warrior job uses both sword and shield to battle monsters of Maple World, with skills infused with the power of light. Considered by many Maplers as one of the more difficult classes to train, Mihile has been revamped several times since its release to make it more playable.
Since Mihile was released after the original five Cygnus Knight classes, it doesn't follow the same job advancement and creation line as other Cygnus Knights. Instead, this character is created directly from the character creation screen and comes with it's own unique story to follow.
Mihile Overview
All Cygnus Knights were revamped as part of the 2022 update V.237 Ignition! They increased their damage skills, improve mobility and added in some new storylines for you to follow.
Mihile was released in the New Dawn update for GMS in 2012 as a Cygnus Knight class. It shares the same Cash Shop Inventory with the other Cygnus Knights and has similar skills to those classes. Mihile is a Warrior job that uses one-handed swords and a secondary shield as its main equipment items. The class is one of the least played in MapleStory due to it's tricky mechanics when training and bossing in end-game MapleStory.
Training Mihile from levels 1-200 are not that bad. There are other classes that have zero mobbing capabilities early on and struggling to grind out the early levels, but Mihile has some pretty decent skills that can help clears maps easily. Mihile does become a little more difficult when you hit 5th job (level 200+) where you're required to proc Royal Guard to effectively train properly. The timing of this skill is a little jarring, however, a recent update made the skill client side so that it wasn't reliant on Ping.
With bossing, Mihile relies on Royal Guard again to stack damage. If you're not good at this, you'll find Mihile's damage output to be considerably low compared with other DPS classes. Mihile has some great support skills, especially in 5th job, that help party members tank damage and survive 1-hit KO attacks. Royal Guard also means you can get an i-frame to help with those one-shot hits that relies on your timing of the skill.

Mihile's revamp gets a new mobbing skill called Shining Pierce, which replaces Soul Blade.
You also get one of your main skills that you'll be using throughout playing Mihile: Royal Guard. By timing enemy attacks on you correctly, you can block all the damage and create an explosion of light to deal damage. You'll also get a damage buff that is stackable, making your attacks significantly stronger.
Weightless Heart is your double jump skill for getting around larger maps.

In second job you get a new main mobbing skill called Four-Point Assault. The range isn't great on this skill, but if you combine it with Radiant Driver you can get around most maps quite easily.
You'll want to put a point into Agile Swords as early as possible to get an attack speed buff, and then get those passive damage buffs with Sword Mastery and Final Attack helping to increase your damage.
Encourage replaces the old Rally skill; it's a buff that increases your attack power.

Soul Release is your new attacking skill in 3rd Job. You also get another Attack Speed boost with Loyal Oath skill.
Royal Guard gets an upgrade, along with Righteous Indignation. Soul Link is great for training in a party (toggle off/on), giving members a small damage boost.
Magic Crash you won't use until you start bossing, but it helps remove enemy buffs.

Your new main mobbing skill is Radiant Cross, combined with Install Shield which allows you to place down a summon that periodically attacks enemies, giving you great map control in 4th job.
You get plenty of passive buffs with Expert Sword Mastery, Advanced final Attack, Power Stance and Combat Mastery.
Call Of Cygnus is your buff to increase your stats by % and Roiling Soul is your main bossing skill, so max that last.

Mihile Hyper Skill Build
Hyper skills are available at level 140. You get Hyper Skill Points as you level towards 200, but not enough to max all the skills, so choose wisely. These skills mostly help increase the damage of your current skills.

Mihile Fifth Job Skill Build
Upon reaching level 200, you will now have access to the V Matrix, which acts as your new fifth job skills. Each class gets their own skills to use, along with boosting nodes to increase the damage of existing skills. To obtain new skills, you open up items called Nodestones, which drop from every mob in Arcane River. You have limited number of slots in your V Matrix, so you want to obtain perfect nodes for maximize your character's damage.
