MapleStory Wondroid Mechanical Hearts

February 19, 2024

Wondroid Mechanical Heart event is a limited-time event in MapleStory that appears once every year. It offers players the chance to get the Best-In-Slot heart item called Glimmering Wondroid Heart, making it one of the most anticipated events to be released in MapleStory. Wondroid is famous for its tough jump quest that is needed to be completed in order to obtain the best items.

Wondroid Mechanical Heart event is split into three separate episodes. Season 3 is the easiest option to obtain the Glimmering Wondroid Heart and has the easiest Jump quest. Season 1 and Season 2 is a lot tougher and requires you to complete the jump quest multiple times to unlock everything.

Glimmering Wondroid Heart

You can start both Season 1 and Season 3 at the same time. If you want to follow the story, you should start at Season 1, but if you only care about getting the heart as fast as possible with the least amount of stress, do Season 3.

Fastest Way To Get Glimmering Wondroid Heart

The Glimmering Wondroid Heart costs 1,500 Aspire Commemorative Coins and it also needs a Wondroid to be equipped alongside it to activate it. By completing Season 3, you can purchase Aloraroid for 1,200 Aspire Commemorative Coins. This Android also gives a +5 Weapon/Magic attack effect, which is better than the other Androids from Season 1, apart from Sky, who also gives the same effect.

In past events, Wondroid has had coin caps and other issues that can make getting the amount of coins tedious.

The best way to get 2700 Coins currently is to play the beginning of Season 3 up until you get access to enter Aspire, where you can kill mobs for 15 minutes. These mobs drop Aspire Coins, and despite the map having a 15 minute timer, you can enter unlimited amount of times each day. If you complete Season 3, you will only be able to enter Aspire 5 times a day, so it's best to get your coin grinding done at the beginning.

The best map to farm in Season 3 is B3. You can then use the following to boost your Aspire Coin Drop Rate:

  • Drop Gear Equipment
  • Legion Coupon (+50% Drop Rate)
  • Decent Holy Symbol
  • Inner Ability Drop Rate Line

You can also use a Wild Totem to boost the spawn rate, or if you're a Kanna, Kishin Shoukan. You can easily max the amount of coins needed within a couple of hours if you have some boosters.

Once you have enough coins (2700), you'll then need to complete Season 3. This unlocks the ability to purchase Aloraroid from the shop in Aspire Hideout. Unfortunately, that means doing the Season 3 Wondroid Jump Quest, which is annoying but not nearly as difficult as Season 1 Jump quest.

There are other items in the shop that you might be interested in, including:

  • Arcane Symbols (x20- 1000 coins)
  • 40 Slot Soul bag (700 coins)
  • 40 Slot Chair Bag (700 Coins)
  • Train Boost Potion (100 Coins)
  • Nodestones (x10 - 700 coins)
  • Selective 8 Slot Coupon (100 Coins)
  • Glimmering Wondroid Heart (1500 coins)
  • Aloraroid (1,200 coins)

In order to be able to purchase the Skyroid from the shop in Aspire Hideout, you need to have completed all three seasons of Wondroid. The quests usually get reset each time the event comes around, meaning you will likely have to restart your progress if you didn't finish it all the last time the event is available.

Skyroid, like Aloraroid, gives +5 weapon/magic attack, that makes it slightly better than the other Wondroids from Season 1 and 2.
