Reward Points is a special currency you can earn in MapleStory that can be spent in the CashShop for items normally reserved for NX. Reward Points come from a variety of sources in MapleStory, including Boss Rewards.

You can find the Maple Rewards section in the CashShop under the Special tab. At the start of each month, the quantity of items available resets allowing you to buy more of them.

Maple Reward Points expire at the end of the following month that you deposited them in. 

You can also use Maple Reward Points to discount NX items by up to 30%. This option is limited to a select few items.

You can earn a max of 5,000 Maple Reward Points per day and 50,000 Maple Reward Points per month.

How To Earn Maple Reward Points

There are many different ways to earn Maple Reward Points in MapleStory, but not all of them are very well known.

Boss Reward Points

By far the easiest method to earn Maple Reward Points is by defeating weekly and daily bosses in MapleStory.

Depending on the difficulty of each boss, you get a set amount of Reward Points for each clear.

If you have multiple characters, you can claim Reward Points for weekly bosses on each character up to once per day. For example, once you clear your weekly bosses on your main, claim you reward points and wait until the next day for the Reward Points quests to reset. Then do the weekly bosses on another character.

Once you've cleared a boss, you'll need to claim the reward points so they are added to your account. Select the Menu icon at the bottom of the game and then select Boss Reward Points to claim all your points.

From Daily Bosses, you can earn a total of 420 Maple Reward Points per day.

Monster Collection - Exploration

Monster Collection can be another source of Maple Reward Points.

Monster Collection happens when you hunt monsters; there is a rare chance that the monster gets added to your Monster Collection log. When you unlock specific rows of monsters, you'll be given Exploration Box items that can contain Maple Reward Points. These are one-time rewards however.

The other source is through the Exploration tab. Here you can send off monsters you have collected to bring you back rewards which include Maple Reward Points.

A 6 hour expedition can net you around 45 Maple Reward Points, and you can unlock up to 5 slots to go exploring at once, giving you a total of 225 MRP per 6 hours.

MapleStory Mobile Connection

You can claim a free 500 Maple Reward Points per day by connecting your MapleStory GMS account to your MapleStory M (mobile app) game.

Select the quest [MapleStory M] Proceed with Daily Missions and you can obtain a Link Key to link to your MapleStory M account. Now when you complete your daily missions in MapleStory M, you'll be able to claim Maple Reward Points each day in GMS!

Purchase Cash Shop Items with NX

For each item you purchase in the CashShop with NX, you also get 5% Maple Reward Points back. 

Maple Daily Gift

The Maple Daily Gift allows you to claim Maple Reward Points on specific days. All you need to do is defeat 300 monsters near your level each day.

The rewards are boosted in you're MapleStory MVP.

Maple Reward Shop Items

The following items are available in the Maple Reward page inside the CashShop. Select the Special tab to find it.

Each item has a quantity limit that you can purchase; each month this quantity limit gets reset allowing you to rebuy those items again.
