MapleStory N has announced it's official release date after spending several years in development! The official launch will mark the first release under MapleStory Universe project, which aims to incorporate Cryptocurrency into the MapleStory IP.
MapleStory N is an official MMORPG being developed for MapleStory that will integrate Cryptocurrency directly into the game. You'll be able to trade MapleStory Items directly on the blockchain using Cryptocurrency, allowing you to earn Cryptocurrency.
MapleStory Universe is the platform that is managing MapleStory N.
MapleStory N Release Date
MapleStory N will be released on May 15th 2025 - so you don't have to wait long to try out the game!
The project has been in development for several years now, having first been announced in 2022. Over the last year it has had several alphas and betas that have allowed players to test the game.
Players who sign-up for the official opening will be rewarded with a special Coin Mount and Opening Party Set chair.
MapleStory N Service Restictions
Don't get too excited however! Currently, MapleStory N is only available is a select few countries due to laws regarding the use of Cryptocurrencies.
At last check, the following countries CANNOT play MapleStory N (or will have their access limited):
The following regions are prohibited from using the Nexpace Ecosystem and/or any service or content in relation to the Nexpace Ecosystem. Each region may be added or removed at any time depending on the status of crypto sanctions or regulations in each country.
Regions include: Afghanistan, Algeria, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bolivia, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Crimea, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Donetsk, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Lugansk, Malta, Morocco, Netherlands, Nepal, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam
The restricted list includes United States and most of Europe. Not much has changed in over a year since it was first announced that these countries won't be able to use the service.

What is MapleStory N?
MapleStory N is built upon the modern MapleStory version but with several alterered features such as limited drops and the removal of Cash Shop. All items will be earned in-game and you'll be able to trade them to others using Cryptocurrency.
MapleStory N will be using the NXPC Token that will be used to buy and sell items earned in-game on the blockchain.
MapleStory N is a part of the MapleStory Universe project, which aims to offer several MapleStory inspired live-service games that use blockchain technology. It will even have it's own version of MapleStory Worlds, allowing creators to create their own game.
